We accept payments via Shopify Payments and other secure gateways.

Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be reported and may result in order cancellation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Once items are shipped, the risk of loss passes to the buyer.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened products only.
To initiate a return, please email sagensatinbotanicallc@gmail.com with your order number and concern.
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Please note:

Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Personalized or custom-labeled candles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
