1. Do you offer custom or personalized candles?
No. Each scent and vessel is designed exclusively by our studio and released in limited quantities. What we create is what’s available; each collection is intentionally curated and never duplicated.
2. How do I contact customer support?
For quick questions, you may use the chat icon located on our website. It’s best for simple inquiries such as scent availability or order status.
For formal communication or order concerns, please email sagensatinbotanicallc@gmail.com. We typically respond within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
3. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. For select items, a “Local Pickup” option will appear at checkout if available. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with pickup details and instructions.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are made to order. Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days, while special editions may require up to 7–10 business days before shipping.
5. What type of wax do you use?
We use Coco-Soy Wax and Apricot Wax, chosen for their smooth texture, clean burn, and refined scent throw. All fragrance oils are phthalate-free and safe for burning.
6. Do you offer massage candles?
Yes. Our massage candles are formulated with skin-safe, phthalate-free oils that melt into a warm, nourishing body oil. Each blend is designed for relaxation and intimacy, using ingredients safe for direct skin contact.
7. Are your candles hand-poured?
Yes. Every candle is poured in small batches using our coco-soy and apricot blends. Subtle variations in texture and tone are natural and reflect the handmade process.
8. What is your refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened products only.

Please note:The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging.
Limited editions and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
9. Candle Care & Safety
To ensure a clean, safe, and even burn:
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting. Allow the first burn to reach the vessel’s edge to prevent tunneling.
Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep away from drafts, pets, and flammable objects.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Stop use when ½ inch of wax remains.
10. How to Resharpen Your Wick Trimmer:
Wipe blades clean after each use.
Use a fine-grit metal file or sharpening stone, applying 3–5 gentle strokes.
Wipe again with a soft cloth and test on paper before trimming wicks.
A sharp trimmer ensures a cleaner burn and extends the life of your candles.
11. Shipping Policy
All orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Yes, we ship internationally.
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery to sagensatinbotanicallc@gmail.com.Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
12. Do you offer wholesale or partnership pricing?
Wholesale partnerships are available by invitation or application only. We collaborate selectively with design firms, boutique hotels, real estate agencies, and developers whose brands align with our aesthetic and quality standards.
To qualify for partnership pricing, the following criteria must be met:
-A verified business or professional license in hospitality, interior design, or real estate.
-A minimum order of 12 units per scent or vessel style.
-Agreement to maintain retail integrity — our products may not be resold below our listed retail price.
-Adherence to our brand presentation guidelines for staging or gifting use.

13. Is my privacy respected ?
Your privacy matters. Any information collected (name, email, address) is used solely to process orders and manage shipping. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
Reuse & Sustainability
To safely reuse your vessel:
Place it in the freezer for a few hours on a timer (do not leave overnight).
Gently remove any remaining wax.
Wash with warm, soapy water and repurpose as décor, a planter, or a keepsake holder.
Safety Note:
Glass vessels can crack under extreme or prolonged freezing. Concrete vessels tolerate temperature changes better, but all materials should still be handled with care.
