Shipping Policy

At Sage + Satin Candle House, owned and operated by Sage + Satin Botanical LLC, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your orders. Please review our shipping policy below:


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped once per week, every Friday.

  • Orders placed after Thursday at 12:00 PM (CST) will be shipped the following Friday.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight, size, and destination.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)


3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.


4. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged (e.g., cracked or broken candle), please contact us at sagensatinbotanicallc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange an exchange.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. While we are not responsible for lost packages, we will do our best to assist you.


5. Additional Notes

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country at the time of delivery.

 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
