What is your return & Exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange items if they arrive damaged during shipment.

Sage + Satin Candle Hze is a woman-owned luxury candle house based in Texas.

We specialize in hand-poured candles and concrete décor made right here in our studio, each piece designed to bring warmth, balance, and beauty into your space.

Every candle is crafted with intention, blended to evoke comfort and emotion, and released in limited small-batch collections.

Are your candles handmade?

Yes — every candle is hand-poured in our Candle House, one batch at a time.

We use a premium blend of coco soy and apricot wax for a clean, long-lasting burn and rich scent throw.

Each piece is poured, labeled, and finished by hand to ensure the highest quality.

What kind of fragrance and ingredients do you use?

We use CandleScience clean, phthalate-free fragrance oils and pure essential oils that are safe for your home and your air.

All ingredients are vegan, cruelty-free, and eco-conscious.

No harsh chemicals. No shortcuts. Just clean-burning, luxury-level craftsmanship. We are trying to be more sustainable in our packgaging as well.

Do you make your own concrete décor?

Yes — all of our concrete vessels and decorative pieces are handmade in our Candle House.

Each one is poured, cured, and sealed by hand, making every vessel unique.

We create everything in-house to ensure quality and consistency across our entire collection.

How do I care for my candles?

To ensure a clean and even burn:

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.
Burn until the wax melts evenly across the top (especially the first time).
Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at once.
Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.

Following these steps will extend your candle’s life and scent throw.

Do you offer custom or wholesale options?

Yes! We accept limited custom orders for events, weddings, and curated gifts.

We also offer small-batch wholesale partnerships for boutiques and wellness spaces that align with our aesthetic.
